- Acquire a statement from a certified health care professional that you have used the BAUD in one session.
- Include a written explanation for the dissatisfaction.
- Address the package to:

- Deliver or mail the unit and the earbuds in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection.
If the unit is sent directly back to BAUD Energetics, Corp. without following the process above, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied and deducted from the refund. |
